Terms and Conditions

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Purpose of the Terms

These General Terms and Conditions govern the contracting of the Annual Cybersecurity Program offered by PRONOICUM LLC through its website https://us.rinku.tech (hereinafter, the “Website”).

RINKU may modify these Terms and/or any legal text on the Website at any time and without prior notice. Continued access to the Website after such modification constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

The CLIENT is bound by the Terms in force at the time of each purchase.

2. Parties

This electronic contract is entered into between PRONOICUM LLC and the CLIENT.

A “CLIENT” is any natural or legal person who:

  • Completes the registration form with truthful information (first name, last name or company name, address, country, email, and password), and

  • Pays the applicable fee using one of the available payment methods.

3. Right of exclusion

RINKU reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the platform and/or its services, without prior notice, to any user who violates these Terms.

4. Contracting process and access to the Program

  • Legal age. The CLIENT represents that they are at least 18 years old or have authorization from a legal guardian.

  • Price. The final price is displayed in the checkout and is the total amount due at the time of purchase.

  • Access license. Access to the digital content of the Program is granted for 6 months from the registration date.

  • Mentorship and support. The Program includes 6 months of mentorship and technical support.

  • Installment payments (if available). Choosing installment payments does not reduce the total amount owed; all installments must be paid on schedule.

  • Force majeure. In cases of force majeure (natural disaster, pandemic, war, cyberattack, loss of licensing rights, or operational shutdown), access may be temporarily suspended without entitlement to a refund and will be restored when reasonably possible.

5. Common terms for all programs

5.1 Access and duration

Access is personal and non-transferable and limited to 12 months maximum. Sharing accounts or credentials will result in immediate termination without refund (see Section 8).

5.2 Certification

Certificates issued by RINKU are private training certificates and are not accredited by universities or government agencies unless explicitly stated.

5.3 Technical support

After the included 6-month mentorship period ends, access to support services will cease. The CLIENT may reactivate support for $20 per month.

  • Recording, copying, distributing, or reselling content.

  • Technical failures,

  • Cyberattacks,

  • Server outages, or
